Visual art works made from Archimedean Spirals
Aechimedean spiral is a spiral whose any turning arm has a constant distance to the neighbour arms. I found that a pattern is created when dots are plotted at regular intervals on an archimedean spiral. Moreover, I could made a number of different patterns by changing the value of the height of dots or the distance between the dots. 4 of the patterns I created is displayed at the exhibition "Beauty hidden in Mathematical Science" in Museum of Science, Tokyo University of Science.
Moreover, these works are supporsed to be on view at ISTA BIENNALE from February 13 mon. - 18 sat. 2017.
